Return & Refund Policy

At CBP Deco, we take great pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect every order before shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Be returned in their original packaging.
  • Include all original components and accessories.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

CBP Deco reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or monogrammed products.
  • Custom-made items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final Sale or Clearance items.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery.

Exchanges

We are happy to assist with exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate an exchange. Exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the product.
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials.
  • A brief description of the issue.

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will provide a replacement or full refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as CBP Deco is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Packaging Requirements

Due to the fragile nature of fine bone china, ceramics, and decorative accessories, all returned items must be carefully repacked using their original packaging materials.

Returns that arrive damaged because of inadequate packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed within 3–5 business days. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
